We've recently added or improved a few features on the projects table view! In addition to adding a search bar, we've also released:
- Infinite Scroll: Pagination has been removed and users can now continuously scroll through the table, and more records will automatically load as they scroll.
- Export Table: A new button has been added to the page toolbar in the upper right corner to export the table. The export includes all records matching the current filters, even those not yet loaded into the table. However, there is a hard export limit of 1000 rows.
In the project table, we have a filter for "Due This Year"

We’ve released an update to the import process to improve email validation and support longer TLDs for client primary contact emails (for example, you can import clients with a 'email@example.shop' email address

Completing a task now marks all its subtasks as done.

You can now rearrange project columns (in addition to adding columns from client custom fields)

- Click the header of any column name
- Drag and drop to the new location
- Viola, you're new view is complete
Plus, we’ve added support for
Client Custom Fields
as table columns! You can now:
- Add Client Custom Fields using the Add Columns drawer.
- Filter your Projects list by those Custom Field values.
We’ve rolled out an update to the Projects table!
While the layout will look familiar, this release includes a brand-new foundation under the hood which paves the way for future improvements across tables.
Here’s what’s new today:
⚡ Faster page loads — table data now loads dynamically instead of all at once.
↔️ Columns are now resizable.
🔄 Sorting and pagination refresh only the table (not the entire page).
🔽 Updated sort icons for a clearer, more intuitive experience.
Great Jetpack news! You can now receive email notifications in addition to in-app notifications.
To update your preferences, simply go to the Notifications tab in your account. Select the notifications you’d like to receive, and moving forward, any email notifications will be sent directly to the email you use to log in.

Even better - these email notifications are clickable, so you can go straight to the related work right from your inbox.
Great news!
If you were using what was formerly the default field on clients called 'services', it has been transformed into a custom field! You can now add, remove and edit options in this custom field in addition to your other custom fields.

We’ve made it easier (and more flexible) to create projects in Jetpack Workflow! 🎉
You can now assign out work to one or multiple clients using an existing template directly from the clients tab!
Here’s what’s new:
- Quickly select one or multiple clients from the Clients page
- Use filters to zero in on the right client list
- Assign work using an existing template or create a new one on the fly
- Choose the assignee, due date, or set up a repeating series
- Create projects in bulk with just a few clicks 🚀
