You can now add Links as a custom field type. This field is designed specifically for storing URLs and supports a longer character limit to accommodate extended links. When a link is accessed, it will automatically open in a new tab for easier navigation while keeping your workspace open.

We’ve added built-in time tracking to help teams better understand how long work is taking and compare actual time spent to planned task budgets.
What’s included:
Live task timers: Start tracking time on any task assigned to you using the play button on the task.

Floating timer: A live timer appears in the bottom left corner so you can monitor time while working.

Quick navigation: Open the task, jump to the project, or navigate to the client directly from the timer.
Task actuals vs. budgets: Tracked time appears in the Actuals column, alongside the Task Budget column. Tasks display green when under budget and red when over budget.
Admin editing: Admins can edit time entries on any task in the system.
Project Time Log: A new Time Log tab on project profiles allows you to review all time tracked within that project.

The Client selection field has been upgraded to an improved, searchable dropdown on both the Create New Project form and the Edit Series page, improving usability when working with large client lists.

✨ What’s New
Redesigned entity pages
Project, Series, Template, Contact, and Client pages now use a simplified canvas layout instead of cards, giving you more room in both the main view and sidebar.
Live, inline editing
You can now edit entity details directly on the page - no Edit button required. Text fields are editable inline, and other fields switch to edit mode on hover.
New Tasks tables
Projects, Series, and Templates views now include a new inline-editable Tasks table, with the full task drawer still available for deeper edits.
Client custom fields table
Custom Fields on the Client page are now displayed in a table, making it easier to view and edit values inline.
You can now update multiple clients at once from the Clients page using Bulk Edit.
With this release, you can:
Select multiple clients and update their client assignee in one action
Change client status for several clients at the same time
This update makes it faster and easier to keep your client list accurate and up to date!
We’ve launched a completely redesigned Tasks page that brings task management into the same powerful table experience used throughout the app. The new Tasks view includes infinite scroll, table search, customizable columns, filters, and export that makes it easier to find, organize, and act on tasks at scale.
Key improvements include:
🔍 Quick Search & Filters – Use the search bar and advanced filters to drill into specific tasks.
👤 Task Assignee Filter – Quickly switch views between your own tasks and those of teammates, depending on permissions.
📅 Time-Frame Filters – One-click filters to focus on common date ranges like overdue, due soon, etc.
🛠 Bulk Editing – Select multiple tasks via checkboxes to update assignees or due dates in one action.
📊 Custom Columns & Export – Add or remove columns to tailor your view, and export your filtered table to Excel.
✅ Task Actions – Mark tasks complete directly from the table or open them to update status, comments, and checklists.
This release centralizes task work into one flexible, table-driven experience so you can manage, prioritize, and track work across your team from one place.
We’ve refreshed the app sidebar with a cleaner layout, updated visuals and clearer section grouping (Work, Workspace, Account) to make navigation easier. 

The sidebar can also be collapsed to give you more space to focus on your work
We’ve made several enhancements to the Clients Table to make it faster and easier to work with your data:
Infinite scroll:
Pagination has been removed, so you can scroll continuously while additional records load automatically.Table search:
A new search bar in the toolbar lets you quickly search your clients by keyword.Movable & resizable columns:
