You can now view and manage your associated work without ever leaving the Project Template. The Associated Work tab has been added with dedicated views and deletion capabilities.
What's new:
Switch between two focused views to see your associated work exactly the way you need it, grouped by Series or One-off Projects. No more hunting across different screens.

Bulk delete
Select multiple items and delete them in one action. This follows the same bulk edit patterns you're already used to, so there's no new workflow to learn.

Delete confirmation modal
To prevent accidental removals, a confirmation modal now appears before any delete is finalized — whether you're removing a single item or a bulk selection.

We’re excited to announce the release of Time Logs in Jetpack Workflow, giving your firm a faster, more flexible way to review and manage tracked time across all projects and tasks.

A new Time Logs option is now available in the main left-hand navigation, making it easy to access all time entry data in one place. Time Logs can be viewed in two formats:
By Project – See total logged time grouped by project
By Task – Drill into time tracked at the task level

Both views are designed to help your team better understand where time is being spent and quickly analyze workload trends.
You can sort and filter data to find exactly what you need, export reports for deeper analysis or sharing externally. You can also edit entries inline directly from the table for faster updates and view time across all work without opening individual projects or tasks.

Series now have their own Budget & Actuals tab, giving you deeper visibility into performance at both the project and task level.
What’s included:
Project Overview:
View all projects that are completed, in progress, or past due, along with total budget vs. actuals based on completed tasks.

Task Overview:
Drill into all completed tasks with their individual budget and actuals, and filter by task name to quickly find what you need.

Both tables support filtering and exporting, making it easy to analyze and share your data.
You can now track how your template budgets stack up against actual performance.
Firm admins (and anyone with the Template Budget & Actuals permission) can access a new Budget & Actuals tab directly within project templates to better understand estimation accuracy and improve future planning.

We’ve introduced a new way to cleanly wrap up recurring work!
Firm members can now mark a series as ended, which places it into a read-only state and automatically removes any projects scheduled after the selected end date.

You can now add Links as a custom field type. This field is designed specifically for storing URLs and supports a longer character limit to accommodate extended links. When a link is accessed, it will automatically open in a new tab for easier navigation while keeping your workspace open.

We’ve added built-in time tracking to help teams better understand how long work is taking and compare actual time spent to planned task budgets.
What’s included:
Live task timers: Start tracking time on any task assigned to you using the play button on the task.

Floating timer: A live timer appears in the bottom left corner so you can monitor time while working.

Quick navigation: Open the task, jump to the project, or navigate to the client directly from the timer.
Task actuals vs. budgets: Tracked time appears in the Actuals column, alongside the Task Budget column. Tasks display green when under budget and red when over budget.
Admin editing: Admins can edit time entries on any task in the system.
Project Time Log: A new Time Log tab on project profiles allows you to review all time tracked within that project.

The Client selection field has been upgraded to an improved, searchable dropdown on both the Create New Project form and the Edit Series page, improving usability when working with large client lists.

✨ What’s New
Redesigned entity pages
Project, Series, Template, Contact, and Client pages now use a simplified canvas layout instead of cards, giving you more room in both the main view and sidebar.
Live, inline editing
You can now edit entity details directly on the page - no Edit button required. Text fields are editable inline, and other fields switch to edit mode on hover.
New Tasks tables
Projects, Series, and Templates views now include a new inline-editable Tasks table, with the full task drawer still available for deeper edits.
Client custom fields table
Custom Fields on the Client page are now displayed in a table, making it easier to view and edit values inline.
