You can now save your filtered Tasks table as a Saved View - no more rebuilding the same filters every time you log in. Once your filters are set, just name the view and save it. From there you can edit, duplicate, or delete any of your Saved Views whenever you need to. You can create up to 25 saved views on this table!

Custom fields just got a lot easier to manage.
Previously, custom fields lived behind a small icon on the clients table, opening into a drawer that showed every field at once which made it tricky to find what you needed or understand how your fields were actually being used.
Now, Custom Fields has its own tab on the Clients table, giving you a clear, dedicated view of everything in one place.
## What's new
A proper home for custom fields
Custom fields have moved out of the old icon-triggered drawer and into their own tab, so you can see and manage them without digging through the clients table.

See usage at a glance
Each custom field now shows how many clients are using it, making it easy to spot which fields are actually in use and which might be worth cleaning up.

Inline editing
Rename a field right from the list - no need to open a drawer just to fix a typo or update the name. Hover over a field and select open for further field editing.
You can now save your filtered Projects table as a Saved View - no more rebuilding the same filters every time you log in. Once your filters are set, just name the view and save it. From there you can edit, duplicate, or delete any of your Saved Views whenever you need to.

We've also added two views automatically for everyone:
Firm Overview - replicates the classic default: all projects not started or in progress, due last month, this month, or next month.
Default - no filters applied, so you've got a clean slate to build your own custom views from.
Also new: the Filter and Add Columns buttons are now icons instead of text, giving the toolbar a cleaner, more compact look.
You can now add custom date fields to your clients. Whether you're tracking renewal dates, anniversaries, or any other date-based info, this new field type makes it easy to capture and manage.
Like all custom fields, date fields support full filtering, so you can quickly find and segment clients based on the dates you've set.

You can now save your filters, sorting, and column setup as a custom view on the Clients page.
What's new:
Save custom views - capture your current filters, sort order, and columns in one click
Switch views instantly - jump between saved views from the new dropdown at the top of the page

No more re-applying the same filters every time you log in - set it up once, save it, and it's there whenever you need it.
Set each team member's weekly capacity, which feeds directly into Capacity Management.
- Find Firm Members in the sidebar menu to see a list of everyone on your team with their name and weekly capacity
- Sort the list alphabetically by name
- Weekly Capacity is inline editable. Click into the cell, enter the number of hours, and click away. There's no separate save step
- Any change made here is automatically reflected on the Capacity Planning page

Note:
This page is only available on the Premium plan and restricted to Admins only. View workload by week across every firm member, all in one place.

- Use the year, month, and week date pickers to move between weeks and see each team member's workload for that period
- Each team member's row shows their actual hours logged for the week alongside their scheduled hours against their weekly capacity, so you can see at a glance who's under-booked or overloaded
- Expand a team member to see their assigned work broken out by client, project, assignee, status, due date, actuals, budget, and project labels

- Expand a project to drill into task-level detail, including individual assignees, statuses, due dates, actuals, and budgets
- Use the toolbar to expand all rows at once, display unassigned work, display overdue work, show completed work, apply filters, add columns, search the table, or export the current view to CSV
- Cells are inline editable, so you can reassign work, update due dates, add actuals, edit budgets, or change project names directly in the table
Note:
This page is available on the Premium plan only and is only accessible to account admins.Managing your work just got faster. You can now edit key fields directly from the Client and Project tables - no need to open individual records.
The following fields are now editable inline on the projects table:
- Project Name
- Project Due Date
- Labels
- Project Description
- Project Assignee
- Project Members

The following fields are now editable inline on the clients table:
- Client Name

This update makes it easier to keep information up to date, make quick changes, and manage your workflow without leaving the table view.
You can now view and manage your associated work without ever leaving the Project Template. The Associated Work tab has been added with dedicated views and deletion capabilities.
What's new:
Switch between two focused views to see your associated work exactly the way you need it, grouped by Series or One-off Projects. No more hunting across different screens.

Bulk delete
Select multiple items and delete them in one action. This follows the same bulk edit patterns you're already used to, so there's no new workflow to learn.

Delete confirmation modal
To prevent accidental removals, a confirmation modal now appears before any delete is finalized — whether you're removing a single item or a bulk selection.

We’re excited to announce the release of Time Logs in Jetpack Workflow, giving your firm a faster, more flexible way to review and manage tracked time across all projects and tasks.

A new Time Logs option is now available in the main left-hand navigation, making it easy to access all time entry data in one place. Time Logs can be viewed in two formats:
By Project – See total logged time grouped by project
By Task – Drill into time tracked at the task level

Both views are designed to help your team better understand where time is being spent and quickly analyze workload trends.
You can sort and filter data to find exactly what you need, export reports for deeper analysis or sharing externally. You can also edit entries inline directly from the table for faster updates and view time across all work without opening individual projects or tasks.
