When managing tasks with dependencies, it's frustrating that I can't reorder them without removing all dependencies first. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows reordering tasks while maintaining their dependencies.

Currently, when tasks have dependencies, they cannot be bulk reassigned, which requires manual updates for each task. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows bulk reassignment of tasks even when dependencies exist, to streamline the process and reduce manual effort.
