Please make all drop downs to where you can search by typing rather than having to scroll. For example, when creating a project you have to use the scroll bar to go find the client you want to use. It would be much faster to be able to type the name. Another example, is when assigning work to clients you have to scroll to the template you want to use. This would also be more convenient if you could type the name of the template.
