In our workflow, we have unique scheduled submission dates for clients with a three-week turnaround window that we need to monitor for capacity. Currently, the out date overrides the due date, which causes visibility issues. It would be beneficial if the out date and due date could function independently, allowing us to control which date to focus on. This change would greatly enhance our ability to track workflow in a regulatory due date environment.

Want to see original due date and extension date if it’s been extended so they know if they’ve extended already - not visible now

For my bookkeeping clients, I often start projects as soon as the month ends without waiting on them. It would be beneficial to have an automatic 'date in' feature that sets the start date for these projects automatically, streamlining the process and saving time.
