The current sync capabilities of Jetpack Workflow are limited. It would be advantageous to have better synchronization with other software like Xero, Zapier, and email. This would greatly enhance the usability and integration of Jetpack Workflow with our existing tools.

I find the lack of API/Zapier connectivity to be a disadvantage. It would be beneficial to have this feature to enhance integration with other tools and streamline our workflow.
