Feature Requests

I want a feature that provides a visible indicator on the dashboard when an employee @ mentions my boss in job notes. This would help in quickly identifying when there are questions or updates that need her attention, without relying solely on email notifications.

I appreciate the ability to attach notes to a client rather than just the job. However, our employees often overlook this feature because there's no indicator showing that a note exists under the activity tab. While this is partly a training issue, having a visible indicator would greatly enhance usability and ensure that important notes are not missed.
