I need a way to manage visibility for specific jobs, such as payroll changes or employee offboarding, without granting full access to all jobs. The current system only allows for full visibility or limited visibility based on assignments, which doesn't suit our needs for handling confidential tasks. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows selective visibility for certain jobs while maintaining broader access for others.

We need a way to restrict our staff to only use templates without allowing them to create jobs independently. Currently, if we grant permission to create jobs, staff can create random and duplicate jobs, which causes a mess. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows staff to use templates for job creation without the ability to create jobs from scratch.

The date format is not the preferred format for Australia/other countries

Would be nice to be able to have some users on the annual plan and then hire on seasonal for just their short contract and not pay the full annual price. Other option would be ability to have some users monthly and some annual or specifically a seasonal pricing option for tax and extension season

Is there a way to change the color of the name icon/thumbnail? I've searched high and low but the search terms are so general that I can't find anything. Anyway, it's just me and one other person whose name also starts with an "A". Our name icon is the same color and starts with A, so it all just looks like one person doing everything. We don't want to upload images - it would be easiest to just be able to change the color of the dot/circle.

I often encounter an issue where I am logged out due to inactivity without any prior notification. This results in losing my notes when I try to post them. It would be beneficial if the system could provide a notification screen indicating that I have been logged out, similar to how banks and QuickBooks handle it. This would prevent data loss and improve user experience.

I need the ability to create a 'team member' as a work queue for several people or add several people to a group to work on multiple projects. Currently, I have to assign tasks to just one person, which leads to inefficiencies as my staff ends up working on someone else's work queue. This feature would help streamline our workflow, especially for tasks like sales tax and tax e-filing.
