Feature Requests

I find it challenging to prioritize tasks without being able to distinguish between hard and soft deadlines. It would be beneficial to have a feature that clearly marks these differences, allowing for better task management and prioritization.

The lag time for the task window to close and the project update is frustrating. Can the window that the task pops up in be embedded in the side bar? Also, once you complete the task, can the window advance to the next incomplete task? This is a pretty cumbersome way of seeing the detail on the tasks and is so hard to work with.

The reporting features in Jetpack Workflow are inadequate. We need the ability to run time and billing reports for individual staff or clients, rather than for all staff and clients collectively. This would provide more precise and useful insights into our operations.
