Feature Requests

I need a way to export a comprehensive list of all jobs, regardless of their completion status, to maintain records. It would be beneficial to have an export feature that allows downloading all jobs data in a file format like CSV or Excel for easier record-keeping and reporting.

I also feel like we need a search function—even with the filters, it is not as robust as a search and not as easy for my front desk.

Currently its only in the app... I'd like to see (via email) when we're @ mentioned in a task or I have work assigned to me

When pulling different views, I'd like to see more than 20 entries

I would like to import secondary contacts directly via the import feature. Currently, the import function only supports mapping one primary contact per client, which means I have to add secondary contacts manually. This feature would be beneficial for managing tax clients where both husband and wife need to be contacts.
